  • Why Pens for Bartenders?

Pens for Bartenders offers an innovative way to promote your brand citywide. Whether you're looking to jump-start a new business, promote a specific product, or just establish brand recognition, Pens for Bartenders is a tangible way to reach NEW potential customers.

  • Does Pens for Bartenders operate outside of New York City?

We're primarily based in New York City, but our nationwide network is expanding quickly! Check out our Coverage Map for the latest information.

  • I'm a bar/restaurant. Can I advertise through Pens for Bartenders?

No. We're trying to avoid a conflict of interest. However, if you would like pens with your bar/restaurant on them, we offer special pricing for the F&B industry. Please email jody@pensforbartenders.com.

  • Which distribution model do you recommend?

We recommend the 3-month or 6-month distribution model, which sends one round of your pens every month for 3 months or 6 months. This is how we advertise Pens for Bartenders!

  • Do you offer any discounts based on volume?

Most definitely! All pens include a substantial discount based on volume. The 3-month and 6-month campaign options include an additional built-in discount.

  • Can you send me a sample pen?

We've hand-selected our pens based on quality, variety, and user feedback, so you can choose any of our pens without compromising! If you still want to test the actual pen, e-mail info@pensforbartenders.com for a sample. 

  • Can you provide an artwork proof?

Yes, absolutely! There is just an additional charge of $25. 

  • How do I submit my logo?

Please email logos to orders@pensforbartenders.com. Logos must be submitted in vector format (ie. adobe illustrator/.ai, photoshop/.eps).

  • Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel any pen customization order within 24 hours of placing it. Please e-mail cancellations to orders@pensforbartenders.com.

  • Can I cancel part of my campaign order?

Yes, you can cancel a campaign order (in whole or in part) within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, a partial cancellation is not possible, as we will customize all of your pens at the same time.

  • Will I be able to see the pens before they ship?

Yes, for first-timers, we'll send you a pen "selfie" to keep you in the loop and let you know that your pens are about to ship!

  • I don't need pens. How else can I help?
